Hey Bloggers!
So, I just want to start off this post by apologizing for my lack of posting this Summer! Even though I've had 4 months off, it actually flew by! This Summer has been absolutely fantastic in almost every way, shape, and form. I hope all of you have been having a great one as well! I thought I would fill you in on what I've been doing for quite a bit of my Summer. Some of my friends have been taking to call me a 'Concert Junkie'. I guess I have been to quite a few in the past few months! So, here we go! Just a side note before we jump into this post... Concert pictures always turn out crappy since good quality cameras aren't usually allowed... Sorry for that!
1. Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift.
So, for this concert Mom bought us VIP tickets and drove us all the way to Toronto! Can you say 'Best Mother Award'? This was a fantastic concert. Ed was just superb, and so was taylor. They performed to over 120,000 people in 2 nights in Toronto. Crazy right?! I know it doesn't look like we were that close, but we were closer than about 85% of the others in the stadium. Taylor definitely knows how to put on a great show, and Ed could go all the way as a one man show. When he has his own headlining tour you can bet I will be there!
Taken at the Pre-Party event!
Amazing Ed Sheeran!
2. 98.7's AMP Live
Ok, so a lot of people probably aren't sure what this is, but I'm guessing your town/city has something like this! The radio station puts together a massive concert with amazing performers. So, here's the thing. We wanted to attend both this concert and the TSwift and Ed Sheeran concert. One small glitch. They were on back to back days.. also... One was in Toronto and the other in Detroit. Let me tell you, we were absolutely EXHAUSTED after this concert but it was totally worth it! This was probably one of my favourite concerts of the Summer. Here was the line-up:
Jessica Sanchez! I hadn't really heard of her before because I don't want American Idol and such but she was fantastic!
The 2 amazing guys from Timeflies! If you haven't heard any of their music, go listen to 'I Choose U'. They are amazing and I hope they keep going strong!
Emblem3! Such a great new boy band. I hope they are around for a while.
Miss Carly Rae Jepsen! Such a sweet girl, she was fantastic also! Was proud to be supporting a fellow Canadian!
Ok, so I KNOW you have all heard the song 'Clarity' by Zedd. Well folks, this is Mr. Zedd. He is absolutely AMAZING he turned the entire amphitheatre into a dance party. That is the best way to explain it. He is truly amazing. He is going on tour this year, but since I'm at school I'm nowhere close to him which is SO depressing. GO SEE HIM! You won't be disappointed.
Cher Llyod! What a wonderful performer, she was actually WAY better then I thought she was going to be! She is actually SO sweet and nice, and genuinely happy to be on the stage performing for everyone!
3. One Direction
I have a story for this concert. I had been trying to get ONE SINGLE TICKET for about 4 months, to anywhere, Toronto, or Detroit! I just needed ONE! I was like "I'LL GO BY MYSELF!". I tried, and tried, and tried. I literally checked for tickets EVERY single day. Well, one day I was just paroozing on Twitter and the Palace said "Sometimes tickets get released right before the show. Give us a call!". SO I DID! I called and I freaked out and panicked, and they had tickets!!!!!! So the next day my mom and my mom's best friend drove me there and I went to the concert all by myself. IT WAS SPECTACULAR. I almost cried. Sad part is? I'm not joking.

4. Alex Goot and Friends
So, this concert was in Anaheim California. Why was I there you ask? I was there to attend Vidcon 2013. I will blog about that at a later date because that deserves it's own post! While we were there Alex Goot was also scheduled to play at a little place called 'Chain Reaction'. I'm pretty much in love with him so Harm and my mom agreed to go with me! The best thing? It wasn't JUST Alex. There were also a TON of other awesome YouTubers. We were front row for this concert! Literally I had my phone and my water bottle on the stage. It's cool being that close to them because you have so many 'moments' with them. Like jam-out sessions and smiles and it was just PERFECT. I also got a pick from King the Kid which was fantastic! We also went to a little pre-show which is where the first 2 photos were taken.

6. The Band Perry and Rascal Flatts
This concert was supposed to be earlier in the Summer but it totally got rained out. We went and bought rain boots, ponchos, and stood in line for an hour just for them to tell us to go home! But, we waiting and luckily we were able to attend the rain date. I'm glad we were able to go because it was an amazing concert. They are both just so effortlessly perfect. It's truly amazing to see people loving what they do whole heartedly. I wish I could see both of these groups every Summer. They both have amazing energy that is hard to find anywhere else! GAH GO SEE THEM!
SO that is all.. I mean it's a lot. This is just part of my amazing Summer. I will fill you in on more of my adventures later! Sorry again for not posting this Summer. I hope you all have a wonderful evening.
Let me know what your most exciting adventure was this Summer!

5. Ke$ha
This was a great concert! Let me re-phrase. This was a great concert for people over the age of 16, not for 6 year olds. There were SO many children there it was ridiculous. Ke$ha is definitely not appropriate for that small of children but WHATEVER. She had such great energy it was awesome! I thought she wasn't going to be that good but she was great! Definitely would go see her again. One of the best things about this concert was that for 3 of my friends that I went with this was their first concert! It was exciting to be there with them while the lost their concert virginity!
