So, I'm writing this from the Toronto airport on route back home. I'm headed home for the weekend, for reasons which I will not get into, but everything is ok! "Don't fret little fishy."
People Watching: When I hear this I think of my stepdad, Kevin. I understand that everyone does it but there are a select few who are particularly good at it. Kevin, was one of those people. Every where we went he always made a comment about everyone, since I grew up around that I now have a tendency to just sit and watch people also. While I'm sitting in the airport there are things I smile about and thinks that I hate.
1. There is this guy currently sitting beside me who just got off of the phone with his wife, the love in his eyes while talking to her was amazing. My heart melted into mush and I don't eve know this guy.
2. The two lovely ladies I'm sitting across from (a mother and daughter) seem to be as close and me and my mom. They are both friendly people. They are currently both staring down at an iPad watching a movie together. So cute!
3. When I came into the airport there were SO many students. I am the kind of person who tries to smile at everyone, and say "have a great day!". The students that I passed when I got here were so rude. Like, where did you come from? I understand people have bad days but holy jeez. Try smiling. News Flash: You aren't better than anyone else.
Airports are the perfect place to see amazing things happen, but also not so much. I know that sounds corny. But, for me it's the little things. Ok, I'm going now. Even though I have to sit here for another hour still. I hope you all have a fantastic day!
